Yes, shouldering will also be performed at a future date.
Why is it taking so long for paving after my road has been pulverized?
The county does not own a pulverizer so contracts out for this service.
The Town is charged everytime the pulverizer is brought up to perform
the work so having more work performed at once is more cost effective
when spending taxpayer money.
